Rail and girder shop

As part of the overhaul of the rail and structural steel mill, the company is performing the following works:
⇒ Drain collector: dismantling, installation of metal structures;
⇒ Longitudinal gliding pipes: dismantling and installation of pressure manifold, pipelines, cast iron flange valves, bronze valves;
⇒ Transverse glissade pipes: dismantling, installation of collectors, cast iron gate valves, m/c funnels; tie-in of branch pipes; removal, installation of pressure sleeves, installation of flanges;
⇒ Furnace position: assembly, disassembly, installation of the girders on the beams of the position and clamping;
⇒ Sea water filter: dismantling, manufacturing, installation of filters, valves;
⇒ Water-cooled delivery beams and baffles: dismantling and installation of pipelines, flanges, bronze valves;
⇒ Exhausters VGDN-15,17: dismantling, installation of pipelines, tie-in of nozzles, valves, ladders, platforms; manufacturing of fences; repair of centrifugal fans, their shimming and balancing;
⇒ System of steaming: dismantling, installation of pipelines, tapping of nozzles, valves, supporting structures;
⇒ Flushing of the furnace cooling pipelines;
⇒ Gas facilities: dismantling, installation of pipelines, tapping in of nozzles, valves, burners of the upper and lower zones, valves, guide slides in all zones.
