Converter shop

The company performs various types of work in converter production:

⇒ Installation and repair of the converter body, maintenance and repair of production mechanisms, oxygen supply machines, bulk material supply systems, maintenance and repair of power equipment, including repair of the waste heat boiler;

⇒ Installation of a ladle furnace with repair of mechanical and power equipment of the furnace;

⇒ Repair and maintenance of the vacuum cleaner lid;

⇒ Casting machine, repair and installation of mechanical equipment, cooling, hydraulic and lubrication systems;

⇒ Repair of self-propelled iron and steel trolleys;

⇒ Cast iron desulphurization department, full range of repairs of mechanical and power departments;

⇒ Repair of steel buckets;

⇒ Repair of power equipment and cooling systems by chemical flushing with special reagents. Flushing is carried out by circulating a chemical solution through the internal cavities of the equipment. Acidic reagents "PuroTech 72" and "PuroTech 80" were used for washing from calcium and iron oxide deposits, and alkaline reagent "PuroTech C25" was used for neutralization and passivation of surfaces.

⇒ The implementation of the BOF Shop project includes dismantling, construction, installation and repair work, including: construction, commissioning, and commissioning of the facility;

⇒ Supply of equipment, components and materials;

⇒ Development of ERP and CMS by certified specialists;

⇒ Manufacturing of metal structures and their installation.
