As part of the project for the overhaul, current repairs and maintenance of the coke shop, the company performs work on dismantling, manufacturing, installation of metal structures, repair of mechanical equipment, namely:
⇒ dismantling of platforms, staircases, metal structures of portal beams, ties and braces;
⇒ manufacturing of metal structures of platforms, decks, elements of m/c stairs, metal structures of portal beams, ties and braces;
⇒ installation of metal structures of platforms and fences, staircases, metal structures of portal beams, ties and braces;
⇒ repair of metal structures of the portal;
⇒ dismantling, manufacturing, installation of the control cabin lining, electrical panel;
⇒ repair of mechanisms and drives: dismantling, manufacturing, installation of drive mounts;
⇒ dismantling, installation of coal-loading cars for replacement of units;
⇒ bunkers: dismantling, manufacturing, installation of m/c upper parts of hoppers, vibrator plates, m/c dividers;
⇒ repair of coal loader PMG-700 №1:
⇒ replacement of the transport belt, removal and installation of the support rollers of the belt feeder;
⇒ dismantling, installation of a gear motor of the portal movement mechanism;
⇒ dismantling, installation of the gear motor of the trolley movement mechanism;
⇒ dismantling, installation of rails of the KR-100 type of trolley rail.
